Terms of Service
Last updated: August 17, 2026
Agreement
By creating an account or using RepScore, you agree to these terms. If you are using RepScore on behalf of a school, program, or organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
Who may use RepScore
Accounts are for coaches and program staff who are 18 or older. Student-athletes do not create accounts. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
Your responsibilities with player data
You may only enter information about players you coach or evaluate in an official capacity, and only information you are permitted to collect under your school's policies and applicable law. You agree to:
- Obtain parental or guardian consent before sharing a minor's information outside your staff.
- Keep evaluations professional and factual; no harassing, discriminatory, or defamatory notes.
- Not enter sensitive personal information such as medical records, grades, or home addresses.
- Promptly correct or delete records when asked by a player's family or your school.
Ownership
You own the roster and grading data you enter. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display it back to you so the service works.
We own RepScore itself — the software, design, brand, name, logo, and the default position matrices we provide. You may use them within the app but may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other coaches' data, reverse engineer the service, scrape it, overload it, resell access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Grades are evaluations, not guarantees
Efficiency scores, letter grades, and recruiting tiers are coaching tools based on the numbers you enter and the point values you configure. They are opinions, not predictions. RepScore makes no representation about any player's recruitment, eligibility, scholarship prospects, or athletic outcomes.
Availability and changes
We work to keep RepScore available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or discontinue features. If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the date above and notify account holders where appropriate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepScore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost opportunities, or recruiting outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using RepScore and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put player data at risk.
